3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Service Cancellations
Cancellations by You:
- More than 48 hours before scheduled service: Full refund or option to reschedule.
- 24-48 hours before scheduled service: 75% refund or option to reschedule with a 25% rescheduling fee.
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled service: No refund, but we may offer a one-time rescheduling option at our discretion, with a 50% rescheduling fee.
Cancellations by StyleCraft:
If we need to cancel or reschedule a service, we will offer you the choice of:
- Rescheduling for another available time
- Full refund of your payment
- Service credit with a 10% bonus value for future use
3.2 Digital Products
- Downloadable guides and resources: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.
- Online courses: Refunds available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
3.3 Subscription Services
- You may cancel a subscription at any time, but refunds are only issued for the current billing period if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the billing date.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period after the 7-day window.
4. Service Quality Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service provided, please notify us within 7 days of service completion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line 'Service Quality Concern' and include:
- Your name and contact information
- Date and type of service received
- Detailed explanation of your concerns
- Your preferred resolution (reschedule, partial refund, full refund)
We will review your concerns and respond within 5 business days. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- Opportunity to redo the service at no additional cost
- Partial refund
- Full refund (in exceptional circumstances)
- Service credit for future use
Quality concerns reported after the 7-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your name, contact information, and order/booking reference
- Provide the date of purchase/service
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Specify your preferred refund method (original payment method, account credit, etc.)
5.2 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Gift Certificates and Service Credits
- Gift certificates and service credits are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.
- Gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Service credits issued as compensation or as part of a promotion expire 6 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Group Bookings and Workshops
For group bookings (3 or more participants) and workshops:
- 50% deposit required at time of booking (non-refundable)
- Full payment due 7 days before the event
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
- Cancellations less than 14 days before the event: No refund
7.2 Custom Services
For custom-designed services or packages:
- Customization fees are non-refundable once work has begun
- Refunds for the service portion follow our standard cancellation policy
7.3 Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, etc.):
- We will attempt to reschedule services at no additional cost
- If rescheduling is not possible, full refunds will be issued
8. Promotional Discounts and Offers
- Services purchased with promotional discounts are subject to the same refund policy as regular-priced services.
- If a partial refund is issued for a discounted service, the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.
- Services obtained through special offers or at no charge (such as complimentary consultations) are not eligible for monetary refunds.
